Students lead and participate in dynamic clubs that foster personal interests and skills. Currently, NGA boasts 16 active clubs across various fields:
- Academic Clubs : Math Club, Science Club, Debate Society
- Creative & Arts Clubs : Fine Arts Club, Music Performance Club, Film & Media Club
- Skill-Based Clubs : Coding Club, Robotics Club, Publication Club
- Community Service Clubs : Animal Rescue Club, Save the Children (School Me Project), Senior Outreach Club

NGA emphasizes service, cultural exchange, and leadership through hands-on experiences:
- Local Service : Volunteering at senior centers, supporting the disabled, and contributing to animal shelters
- Global Initiatives : Fundraising for Save the Children, participating in Philippines language immersion programs, and international mission trips
- Cultural Exchange : Students gain international exposure through immersion programs in the U.S., Canada, and Philippines, enhancing cultural awareness and global competency.
