NGA emphasizes service, cultural exchange, and leadership through hands-on experiences:

• Local Service : Volunteering at senior centers, supporting the disabled, and contributing to animal shelters
• Global Initiatives : Fundraising for Save the Children, participating in Philippines language immersion programs, and international mission trips
• Cultural Exchange : Students gain international exposure through immersion programs in the U.S., Canada, and Philippines, enhancing cultural awareness and global competency.
